By engaging our services or using TriggerMedia.us or HiddenProducer.com, you acknowledge and consent to the potential use of AI-assisted tools in the production process.

2. Scope of AI Integration

Any AI tools employed by Trigger Media Group PDX are used exclusively within our internal digital audio workstation (DAW) environment, specifically within Avid Pro Tools and Adobe Audition. AI is not granted access to client data, communications, account information, personal identifying information, or any content outside of the active audio production session in which it is being applied.

3. Data Isolation and Security

AI tools used in our production workflow operate solely on audio session data within the controlled environment of our digital audio workstations. No client materials, project files, or session data are transmitted to, stored by, or made accessible to any external AI platform, cloud-based AI service, or third-party AI system as part of our standard production process. Trigger Media Group PDX maintains strict boundaries on AI access to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your project.

4. Human Oversight

All AI-assisted processes at Trigger Media Group PDX are supervised, reviewed, and approved by our professional staff. AI tools function as assistive technologies within our workflow and do not operate autonomously or make final creative or technical decisions. All deliverables are reviewed and approved by a qualified human producer or engineer before delivery.

5. No Warranty of AI Output

While Trigger Media Group PDX applies professional judgment in the use of AI-assisted tools, we make no specific warranties regarding the output of any AI process. All final deliverables are evaluated and approved to our standard of quality before release, and our general disclaimer of warranties, as outlined in our Terms of Service, applies to all work product including that which involved AI-assisted production steps.

The landscape of artificial intelligence tools and technologies evolves rapidly. Trigger Media Group PDX reserves the right to update, expand, or modify the AI tools and methods used in our workflow at any time. Any material changes to how AI is used in relation to client data or project deliverables will be reflected in an updated version of this disclosure.
